Refund Policy

We want EZPZ to be useful for you. If it isn't, here's how cancellations and refunds work.
Free trial (21 days)
Premium starts with a 21-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be billed.
Cancelling a paid subscription
You can cancel a Premium subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
By default we don't offer pro-rata refunds for partial months or partial years — you keep access for what you've paid for and then move back to the Free tier.
When we will refund
We'll issue a refund in these cases:
- You were charged in error (for example, after cancellation, or after a billing bug).
- You bought a subscription and the service was substantially unavailable for an extended period due to our fault.
- Where consumer-protection law in your country requires a refund — see below.
To request a refund, email admin@ezpz.family with the email address on your account and a short note about what happened. We'll respond within a few business days.
Beta-tester accounts
Lifetime beta-tester accounts are no-charge. Because no payment has occurred, refunds do not apply.
Stripe-handled disputes
Payments are processed by Stripe. If you raise a dispute or chargeback through your bank or card issuer, Stripe will manage it and we'll respond directly. It's usually faster (and easier on everyone) to email us first.
Consumer law
This policy is in addition to — not in place of — your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, the Australian Consumer Law (where it applies), and any other consumer-protection law that applies to you. If those laws require a stronger remedy than what's described here, that stronger remedy applies.
